🛑 1. Order Cancellation

  • ⏰ Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the order has not been shipped.

  • 🚚 Once an order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • 💳 Refund for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 business days. ⏳

 

💵 2. Refund Policy

We accept refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • 🛠️ Damaged or Defective Product:
    If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with 📸 photographs/videos as proof.

  • 📦 Wrong Product Delivered:
    If the product received does not match your order (wrong size, model, or type), you may request a replacement 🔄 or refund 💰.

  • ⚡ Non-Functional Tools/Equipment:
    If any tool/machine is not working as intended upon delivery, a replacement/refund will be issued after inspection.

💳 Refund Processing:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval. ⏳


🚫 3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refund or return, including:

  • ❌ Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

  • 🔧 Used tools/equipment showing signs of wear and tear.

  • 🔋⚡ Battery & Chargers (non-returnable once sold).

  • 🏷️ Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers.

  • 🛠️ Items that require installation or irreversible assembly.

  • 📐 Custom-made or specially ordered hardware items.

 

📦 4. Return Process (if applicable)

🕑 Customer must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.

📦 Product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all 📑 manuals, 🛡️ warranty cards, and 🔧 accessories intact.

🚚 Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, except in cases where the wrong/defective product was delivered. ✅


 

🔄 5. Replacement Policy

✅ Eligible items may be replaced instead of refunded, depending on stock availability.

❌ If a replacement is not available, a full refund 💰 will be issued.
