🛑 1. Order Cancellation
⏰ Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the order has not been shipped.
🚚 Once an order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If the product received does not match your order (wrong size, model, or type), you may request a replacement 🔄 or refund 💰.⚡ Non-Functional Tools/Equipment:
If any tool/machine is not working as intended upon delivery, a replacement/refund will be issued after inspection.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval. ⏳
🚫 3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refund or return, including:

🔧 Used tools/equipment showing signs of wear and tear.
🔋⚡ Battery & Chargers (non-returnable once sold).
🏷️ Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers.
🛠️ Items that require installation or irreversible assembly.
📐 Custom-made or specially ordered hardware items.
📦 4. Return Process (if applicable)
🕑 Customer must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.
📦 Product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all 📑 manuals, 🛡️ warranty cards, and 🔧 accessories intact.
🚚 Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, except in cases where the wrong/defective product was delivered. ✅

✅ Eligible items may be replaced instead of refunded, depending on stock availability.
